The Sphaero Allliance is a complete, Caribbean -Nearshore sourcing alliance of best-in-class companies and firms. These organizations have been organized into an alliance by Zagada Markets, a business development design firm. Sphaero’s digital platform has been designed as a single source hub to meet the ever expanding needs of U.S and international companies and organizations seeking to leverage the Caribbean’s nearshore advantages to meet their contact center, business process, professional services, site selection and expansion needs.

Zagada believes that every vendor selection that a company makes is a serious business decision and affects a company’s financial and operational performance. Furthermore, the complexity of today’s globalize business environment requires a multi-discipline approach to truly deliver persistent value to customers and clients. Consequently, the services described in our services section of our site reflect the detail and care we have extended in designing a truly value drive service to meet your needs. Membership in our alliance is secured by invitation only and comprises 15 of the region’s elite companies and firms who have domain expertise and exceptional experience in serving U.S and international firms and executives. The members have been carefully screened and evaluated before seat participation was granted. Participating members comprise a beautiful ad mixture of strong regional companies, U.S companies who have established contact center and business process operations in the Caribbean, joint-venture centers between Caribbean and U.S firms, law firms and trust companies. Several of our members are publicly traded on both U.S and regional stock exchanges.

Sphaero Alliance members and their parents generate revenues in excess of US$1.3 billion. Investments in excess of US$100 million have been made by Sphaero members in infrastructure, training and technology across ten Caribbean markets. Sphaero's human capital network is made up of over 5,000 agents, engineers, programmers, analysts, attorneys, accountants and trust company officers and support staff serving dozens of Fortune 1000 companies.
