Model & Methodology

Three aggregation functions define our business model. They include: Supply Aggregation, Brand Aggregation and Demand Aggregation. In designing a service that will give you optimal results we have designed a portal that acts as a communication hub that offered a 360 fully engaged range of services designed to meet you complete nearshore outsourcing needs.

• Supply Aggregation:
We have achieved our primary goal of researching the market and selecting the very best vendor portfolio members. Our standards are stringent and participation is by invitation only. The process has taken just over 15 months. We also researched and published the authoritative contact center report on the region and received distribution support of the report from Wharton Business School. • Brand Aggregation:
In the process of validating our supply we were equally focused on positioning Sphaero as the go-to nearshore brand. We have won that battle with the leading first page ranking we have currently receive from Google and most leading search engines. We have also been successful in being a part of a number of press stories in leading publications. Both Economic Development Agencies (EDAs) as well as a growing number of companies respect the Sphaero brand.

• Demand Aggregation:
Now our focus is on you as a corporate buyer. Our strategic accomplishment in the first two aggregation process was to ensure that our offer to you will be complete, thorough and qualitative. As a potential buyer of our services you help to write the third and final part of our model. We reasoned that if we did the first two parts right, then generating more demand will inevitably be realized. It has worked effectively.
