Our SphaeroESPANOL service offers Spanish and bi-lingual capabilities and operate in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Colombia.

Some of the key areas our vendors execute customer care projects on behalf of clients include: Customer Care, Loyalty Progarms, Catalog Sales, Order Fulfilment, Up-Selling, Customer Change Requests, and Customer Relationship Management(CRM).

• Business Process Services (SphaeroBPO)

Some key business process functions that our vendor partners do include: back-office processes, rebate processing, claims processing, collections, data entry, data migration, data mining, data analysis, finance and accounting functions. Our vendors also engage technical support and IT help desk functions.

• Site Selection & Expansion Services (SphaeroSSE)

We assist companies and executives seeking to expand their operations into the Caribbean. Some of the key area of support we offer with this service include: Needs Assessment, Economic Assessment, Country Analysis, Market Research, Demographic Work Force Analysis, Infrastructure Analysis, Partner Search and Evaluation, Quality of Life Assessment and Acquisition Advisory.

• Professional & Corporate Services (SphaeroPSG)
