The Caribbean Operating Systems
(CaribbeanOS) is a Psychological Operating System.
The perceptions you hold of the Caribbean and
its peoples will affect the results you derive
from taking advantage of our human capital to
help your company perform better.
We contend that three releases
exist in our minds when we engage the Caribbean
as an operative part of our CaribbeanOS. Every
OS improves its capability with a new release
or upgrade. We call our releases WOWs. Caribbean
WOW 1.0 is the Leisure perspective or download
with which you look at the Caribbean. Our leisure
or hospitality economy is over US$40 billion strong.
The capability we have gained from caring for
the 35 million plus annual visitors to our shores
has equipped us to care for the American consumer
like non other. The expertise we have gain in
caring has resulted in a hospitality care dividend
(HCD). We put this care dividend to serve our
customers and partners and look forward putting
