IX. PERFORMANCE ANALSYS

Until recently, the Tier 1 and 2 sites in the Philippines: Manila, Cebu and Davao have been the top destinations in terms of their attractiveness for the provision of IT and IT-enabled services. Over 80% of all ITES BPO activity in the Philippines is concentrated around these 3 areas. However, as discussed earlier, rising overall costs in Tier 1 and 2 cities are driving some expansion moves to Tier 3 sites.
