VIII. ANALYSIS OF CITIES

Mexico City is in a class of its own concerning IT services in Mexico. Over 41% of all IT activity in Mexico occurs with Mexico City as its final destination in 2007. Though the disproportionate ratio of IT services to population is not surprising, it is important to note that, since 2004, other city participation has grown quite rapidly.
