São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro dominate ITO-BPO activities in Brazil, with other “Tier 2” cities emerging and a consolidated, energetic third place competitor. Current market shares are 37% and 24% percent for São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro respectively, with the three other Tier 3 IT service providers’ concentration cities with an average 8% marketshare.
